@ZeptoNow I received fewer items than ordered and one item was damaged. I immediately raised the issue via chat and also emailed as advised, but I still haven’t received a satisfactory resolution. Please look into this and resolve it.

@ZeptoNow I just received the below response from your team multiple time: “The delivery images associated with the order have been carefully reviewed, and it has been confirmed that the product was handed over in intact condition.”
This is completely incorrect.
