@IndiGo6E Extremely disappointed. PNR M4GC5V, Flight 6E-6723 (4 Apr, Guwahati). My wife (with infant & elderly parents) reached at 9:55 AM for 10:40 flight (web check-in done), yet baggage was refused & forced to rebook paying ₹9000. Flight was later delayed too. need refund.

@IndiGo6E Fun part is they are in flight now which costed them 9k additional. How can your staff ask them to book next flight just to get that extra 9k. It is kind of cross selling your tickets to earn money unethically. Your staff asked them to board the flight and leave the baggages
