@HomeCentreIndia we purchased six seater dining table and chairs in Feb. Post the delivery and installation one chair was not fixed properly, I raised the issue with the store and after a follow of almost 2 months the carpenter came to check it by end April.
The carpenter said the chair has a problem and it will have to be replaced. Since then we are following with the customer support and they are just giving us time lines but no action has been taken.
@OwnlyFood I placed an order on your app. The packaging was torn and the food is spilled. When I raised a concern with the rider he blamed the restaurant and when I raised an issue on support they are offering 25% refund instead of full refund. This not at all acceptable
@Eatclub_@eatclubsupport it is becoming a challenge ordering via eat club. Again a pathetic service. I order for raita and chole. Chole is received completely open and soiled and raita is tasting bad.
When I raised an issue on support and asked them to refund the payment in original source and collect the items back. They refused saying we will refund in eat club wallet only, Inspite of me tell them I don’t want it in eat club wallet as I don’t wish to re order anything.
@CareMagicpin@mymagicpin I placed an order using your app for food delivery. I have been told by the rider the restaurant does not exist at the given address and they are not responding on call. When I raised the concern with the support team they are wasting my time.
The started negotiating the refund amount starting from 30% , then 40% . On requesting for replacement I was told we cannot replace it. You can only get partial refund in original source. What a pathetic experience.
@justswishin I ordered 2 items on your app and one item was spilled due to poor packing. When I raised the issue with your support team and asked them for refund or replacement of the item which was spilled. The team refused to replace the item and offered partial refund.
@zeptocares Hi team, you guys are very innovative, very creative ways to over charge the customer. I am wondering what more new ways are going to come now. On top of this riders ask extra amount separately…. Too good.
@zeptocares Hi Team once side you show that you are giving delivery free and on other hand you charge handling charges. What is this handling charges for? and why such hidden charges. Don’t you think it is misleading the customer.
I have been following up since then everyday I have been told it will be delivered before 7.30 and till now it is not yet delivered to Sarjapur Road. Online eta shows 26th March.
@DTDCIndia Hi Team, It is sorry to say you guys have a pathetic service. I had courier booked from Delhi to Bangalore on 20th March and I was told that it will reach 4-5 days and it shows that on 25th it reached Yelahanka apex.
