Dear Palmpay Team, I have sent mails which was not responded to. I made a call through and I don't even understand what your agent was saying

I had a failed airtime top up and the have disputed the transaction several times and it was closed without the reversal.

I reached out to Afrinvest to make the complaint. They called and stated it was a system glitch and apologized.

@CrestDigit @MudiTheInvestor @nazzaokonkwo @Afrinvest This just happened to me now. Sold my wapco shares and got the contract note. Payment that was meant to reflect yesterday didn't. Checked my portfolio now only to see the shares sitting like a calm dog in the portfolio.
