CSR looks in real life and how difficult it is, as you have to be really creative and careful when starting any initiative #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

Unfortunately i wasn't there when Dana presented but i got insights of what she said from last class so it's really nice to know how #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

And the best part off-course is the CSR which I'm interested as a future career, so it was great that we got to meet to CSR personals #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

Make us look at different dimensions, i can't imagine if it was a single topic and we kept digging in until the end of the semester #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

My last remarks in BSE class, i really liked the way we had to discuss different issues like every other week, so interesting and #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

@ProfessorDEG i know,believe me I wouldn't even dare to think abt dropping college,it's a must for me,experience will come later lol #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

@ProfessorDEG Richard Branson is a billionaire,he dropped school & learned only from experience, he run the whole Virgin group #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

@ProfessorDEG @aysha_aah @kholoodAl_A oh yess, maybe bcz it was towards the end of the class we didn't get the chance to ask, do u know???

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

@ProfessorDEG @waadalnaimii it waaaas sooooo goood, I even shared some with my friends bcz it was that good!!! #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

It would require me to do lots of training and to get some experience in order to know how the real life work is!!! #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

I've always thought that education will enable me to do my job probably, but today i realized that real life would be much different #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

I would suggest also for RG to regularly send appreciation emails or notes to employees, it'll make them feel valuable and important #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

It becomes a more fun environment and really makes employees feel connected to the company #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

I liked how RG CSR department came up with ideas to share video if their daily routine at work, this encourages employees engagement #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

And finally quotas do not advance women, gov need to look at diff solutions and ways to advance females such as campaigns and etc. #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

Undermined bcz she's chosen to follow the quotas not bcz she deserved this position by her education and so on.. #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

Another reason why not to enforce quotas is that it's disrespectful for the successful working woman as her abilities and skills are #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

Both private and public companies are obliged to follow the laws and quotas!!! #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

We argued that public companies will shift to private hence they won't comply but we really missed out that in Qatar #BSE16

[Amna Alhajri @Amnah05]

Now the reason we're against quotas is that it affects the overall performance of the company, it can affect profitability and such #BSE16
