@tafnehefu Its not about what was said, but the right to say it without reprisals such as imprisonment and hefty fines. Freedom of expression includes the right to be deeply critical. You don't need to agree with what was said to be a champion of free speech.

Around 9 years ago we called for contempt for 'scandalising' the court to be abolished in Fiji. Sadly it is still being used to repress freedom of expression.
