After a month or so I received a call from the Number 0244300000 asking where I want to collect my reward and that, I will be contacted when it's ready.

It's the 14th of March, 2025 and @MTNGhana is yet to call to give me my Bluetooth Bud.

Am I alone?

So @MTNGhana decided to reward it's customers in December 2024 through MTNRewards. Customers were to use points accrued from their daily usage to redeem rewards including Airtime, Data bundle, Shopping Vouchers, MTN branded bag, T-shirt, Ear buds, etc.

I received another SMS prompt telling me I will be contacted within 72 hours but that call never came.
I call their customer care but I was told I will be contacted so I should wait.
