4) After water first aid, keep the victim warm, wrapped in blankets because body can rapidly cool down dangerously in case of burns.
5) If ambulance is immediately available, still pour water for atleast 3-4 min..

A tragic incident. I think she died because of lack of first aid. In case of burns,

1) Remove clothes but don't force remove clothes stuck to the skin.
2) Pour cold (not ice cold) water for 20 min or more.

Water takes away the heat from the body and reduces damage... 1/2
