I'm at the level in my life where thousands of people seek my attention, help, and support daily.

Guess what, most times, I ignore these requests.

Why? It's a waste of time to keep entertaining people who only sees you as their problem solver and not see themselves as solution providers to your own problems too.

It's simple, if you want me to pay attention to you, when you come for help, support and assistance, make sure you've figured out what help, support and solutions you would provide to my own problems.

That's only what qualify you to be helped by me. This apply to everyone including friends, if you want me to take you serious you must find ways to contribute to my life while I contribute to your life too.

Most of my friends already know this, those who don't know still question my friendship with them because to them friendship is proximity but it's not.

Friendship is exchange!!

Friendship is transacting what you have for what you don't have.

Friendship is exchange of weakness for the other person's strength.

It might surprise you to know the I have more problems to solve than you have but because I don't come online to complain like you do, or will never mention it to anyone except if I know that the person has the capacity and willingness to solve my problems you would think I've never had even one problem.

I'm stingy with my problems so much so that you can be friends with me, eat with me everyday and never ever believe I have a single problem bordering me. I'm not used to complaining about problems, I rather keep mouth shut figuring out solutions than lament to someone about my many problems.

Not to talk of family members, none of my family members will ever tell you Julius ever had any problems.

Because I have never bothered them with my problems, everything they ask, I provide, if I don't have it at the immediate, I do everything possible to provide it.

Some of you come online to impress strangers while your family & friends are your refuse dump for many of your problems, complaints, scarcity mouthwashing in name of avoiding been billed by them but I rather impress my family & Friends leaving them with abundance mindset of me which will affect their own abundance mindset than impress strangers online.

That's why many of you, your family and friends don't grow with you because all they know about you is problems, complaints and scarcity perception.

Who do you want them to gain the idea of what is possible from?

What people think about you is important for business facilitation, what your family and friends thinks about you is important for your growth and their own growth too.

In the end, you draw energy from your closest allies.

6. For your metabolic health;cut out overly processed foods.
7. For your digestive health;consume foods rich in fiber.
8. For your eye health;consume carrots.
9. For your skin health; consume cucumber
10. For your dental health; brush at least twice daily.

What do I mean by that?

Being a sheep means "You can't think for yourself."

You have not taken any initiative to figure things out by yourself.

You always want someone to hold your hand and show you how it's done.
