@drewlevin Once people perceive the game as lost, they will no longer want to win, as they themselves assume it's already a loss. Now, that isn't what always happens, but it happens enough times. The assumption is people want LP, and the perception of -1 is higher than the promise of +1.

@maddizzlee After talking to a new player, an idea that has formed is a short tutorial bibliothek to explain concepts. Like a 5 to 10 minute tutorial that explains slang (lane freeze, pushing, proxy farming, etc.) picking curated videos, maybe even by league creators or employees.

@drewlevin Could it be possible to 'fix' smurfing by making a split account system? That a single email/user can have 5 accounts (for each role) that are on the same client. Different names/stats and history but same MMR. Since match history, stats, etc., is mostly perception for people.

@PilpsYT The word race was and is used to speak about religious groups. Race has shown to be a label for appearance, culture, and region of origin. The word race is a tool to transfer information, but it's a wide group. Italians and Irish were called a different race in early America too.
