Juzi, MP Gakuya wanted to unseat Sakaja as Chairman of UDA in Nairobi.

Though not the chairman currently, Sakaja being the governor effectively makes him the chairman.

The total number of UDA delegates needed to effect the change are 340.

The challenge is that most of the delegates are loyal to Gachagua. So Gakuya took his gang of Nairobi delegates to Naivasha and hid them while Sakaja took his to Maanzoni.

While in Naivasha and hiding from being convinced by Sakaja to vote him as Nairobi UDA Chairman, Gakuya had President Uhuru call in and greet the delegates.
