It's similar to approving a lung transplant for a smoker who refuses to quit, or a heart transplant for an obese individual who can't or won't lose weight.

Why waste an already limited amount of organs on individuals who refuse to follow simple requirements (whether it's vaccines, weight loss, smoking cessation, etc)?
