@ItsSunnieP The only time I had my sleep locked in (before kids) as a AuDHD individual here's how I did it.

1. Blackout the bedroom: Curtains, no TV. 1 lamp next to the bed.
2. No Screens for 1 hour BEFORE you want to sleep.
3. Plug your phone in Away from reach.
4. Meditate to sleep
