If you don't know what to learn, start writing.
Writing teaches you how to think, how to learn, and how to attract an audience that supports your work. Those 3 skills are needed more than ever.
Most people quit because they forget that you have to be bad at something before you can be good at it. It's so obvious. You suck. Of course you're not going to win in 2 weeks. But if you can learn to enjoy extended periods of failure, you will make it very, very far in life.
The safer you try to be, the more vulnerable you become, because you don't create that safety. You seek certainty in a job, a belief system, a nice little path someone else has laid out for you.
A good life stems from how much uncertainty you're willing to embrace.
A study found that doing the 4x4 interval training, 4 minutes of high-intensity exercise, followed by 3 minutes of rest, just once a week can reduce your heart's age by up to 20 years. After two years of this routine, people in their 50s had heart health similar to those in their 30s.

THE SIMPLE LIFE INTROVERTS DREAM OF
1. Days that start slow.
2. No pressure for social events.
3. Working from home.
4. Freedom to be alone.
5. Nights that end early.
6. Living near trees and water.
7. Hours lost in quiet hobbies.
8. Few but meaningful friendships.
At some point, usually in your 20s, you'll notice that the people around you stop believing in themselves. And no matter how hard you try, you can't save them. By all means, do not let it infect your mind. Stay on your path.
UNFORTUNATELY, the formula to a healthy life is...

7. Reducing alcohol.
8. Taking care of your hygiene.
9. Minding your business.
10. Consume the right content.
11. Learning something new.
12. Showing up even on bad days.
13. Building healthy relationships.
14. Help where you can help.
15. Save and spend in a healthy manner.
16. Practice daily gratitude or mindfulness.
17. Cultivate a sense of purpose.
You need to read more, and you need to consume less. You need to set aside time to do a workout for the mind, and you need to give it time to recover. Especially now that it's so easy for your cognitive capacity to atrophy. Refuse to become mentally obese.
If you want to achieve anything great, it needs to become your one true priority. The only thing on your mind. Nobody accidentally got rich from business. Nobody accidentally built a great physique. They were obsessed with it for multiple years until it became their default.
