My father, retired Indian Navy officer and currently a Basic Education Teacher under Govt. of UP, was threatened, abused, manhandled, and obstructed while conducting census work at house CN-26(1).

It’s been 3+ days, no technician, no call, no help — despite tweeting, calling 121, and emailing [email protected].

3+ days and no technician contact.
Airtel store advised to “take a new number” as this will be auto-cancelled.
Will escalate legally if not resolved today.

You say your team is addressing it with priority, but being such a big player in the telecom market you are unable to give your customer a wifi connection even after 3 days of booking the wifi.
