Obasanjo closed the borders and ordered Mathieu Kerekou the then President of Benin to either arrest Tijani or border stays closed.

Since NDDC discovered solar panels street lights and tagged it rural electrification project,
they have left their basic duty of improving the Niger Delta to setting up of solar panels street lights even in communities where nobody live.

Where are the roads, schools and infrastructure built, renovated or upgraded by the NDDC in the last one year.
Now every politician is hustling solar panel streetlight because thats where the siphon millions.
