@GMB I agree with everything this lady said! It should be made optional, & agree no one should be prosecuted for not paying this licence unless proven they have watched the BBC with out paying the licence!

@isawitfirst_cs I’m awaiting a refund my parcel was returned and Received at your depot on the 26/12, I’ve not received any communication in regards to this. Your refund form states I’ll hear back within 24hrs but still nothing. Can you help please?
