Just spent nearly an hour (mainly on hold) on the phone to @HSBC_UK , cut off 3 times, transferred 4 times, to reactivate my card after it was frozen in error, I get transferred to "someone who can help", to be cut off with an automated message that the office is now closed 🤬😡

Walking into #Northampton today, hubby stops for a snack at @kfc on B&Q retail Park, baby decides perfect moment for a 💩
KFC have zero baby change facilities here...had to change a dirty nappy kneeling on the floor of the ladies toilet 🚻 Wasn't a great experience 😥

So disappointed in @online4baby 😞 Had several items for my #newborn, then contacted them about a £120 changing bag which has ripped after only 3 weeks use. Response: "zips & fabric not covered... unable to assist". At least it was a sale item 😡 #PoorQuality #TakeMyMoneyAndRun😠

Anyone else suddenly acquire a new language with a #newborn ? Pretty simple to grasp, just put -y on the end of every word then repeat the word. For example: "what a big burpy burp" "let's change your nappy nap" "where's your socky sock gone" 🤓
