The term “processed” foods is used to scare people, and most people don’t understand what it even means. I’m so disheartened to watch that commercial and to know that people will follow anything they hear. Do your research. Ask scientists. Reject diet culture. Love yourself

That MAHA ad makes me so angry. As a food scientist and as someone who advocates for health at every size, to me, that campaign encourages diet culture and wrongful understanding of the food system. Two big callouts. Being in a larger body does NOT mean you’re unhappy.
