@CPWTweets @JayTtv @O2 From £172 to £55 and in store they say that because of small cosmetic damage to the charging point that it is then classed as damaged and the phone doesn’t work, which is stupid because the phone works like brand new!

@CPWTweets @JayTtv @O2 I never received my trade in envelope in the first place to give my phone in and after numerous phones and being charged £8 in calls to the store which no one answered and was on hold, and then finally told to go to the shop and they will sort it out and I get told £55!
