@beemyli I am surprised u stayed for the inquisition, actually. I would have left the moment I saw the interview panel, because this was probably someone who can’t stand on his own two feet for a date. Red flag, good grief. Sarah confirmed as much, good on her.
@FlakPhoto Instagram is probably closer to Flickr, I think? In IG, the photo is the thing, but if you have a great caption/story that goes with it, with something that appeals to universal experience, that photo gets the likes. Flickr - less potential for words and photo to sing together.
@FlakPhoto When I think of Twitter, I don’t think of photos. I use it more to get quick news bytes. Instagram is a better showcase for photos, because among the thousands of posts on your Twitter feed, photos get lost among the one-liners on stuff that have nothing to do with photography.
@_RiceGoddess @MothershipSG I agree. Such a long article and not a SINGLE mention of the parents sending him to be assessed for Asperger’s. If he has it, his education will have to be managed so he isn’t bored in school. Kids become disengaged this way.
“My poor 81-year-old mother dreamed all her life for her country to be free. At the train station this morning she was crying as she said goodbye to me with the saddest words I’ve ever heard in my life.” https://t.co/7y16M579tJ
@claire_dolman @BootstrapCook I agree. I have always thought that if I had a daughter, she would be Claire. Sounds strong and intelligent, and yet the gentle vowel is feminine enough as well. And it’s a name strangers don’t mangle up.
