The prize for worst Customer Service and runaround goes to @VerizonSupport. Over 24 hours of holding, dropped and misdirected calls, promises made and unkept, technical difficulties, and flat out lies. They don't care about people nor the havoc their horrible practices cause.

I didn't think @VerizonSupport could get any worse. Some how they have managed to exceed my expectations though. Instead of fixing their error impacting my credit score, they sent a credit application I didn't request. Has anyone else dealt with this insanity?? #FCRA

@Hettinger_Tech $200M will go quick given the great need for modernization across govt. If cuts go as deep as they're talking and there is no mechanism to prioritze investment in modernization up front, I worry about long term costs of maintaining legacy systems, risks to cybersecurity, etc.
