Last night for the 1st time I needed to call DC911. After being on hold for about 10 min, disconnected, multiple calls, I never got through. Finally went to urgent care. But I am deeply shaken by not being able to reach 911. @MayorBowser@MurielBowser@ZACHARYSBOE5
