Today is a day that I have dreamed about since I have started training. Le Frimeur landing my first Grade One victory is a day that will stay with me forever. Very well done to his owners Simon Munir and Isaac Souede and a brilliant ride from JJ.

Truly a day I will never ever forget. Well done to all of my team who work so hard to make it possible, especially Issy who rides him everyday.

Today a dream came true.

Queens Gamble, a listed bumper, hurdle and steeplechase winner and darling of the Frost and Galvin families has returned home safely to Ladyswood Stud today. Here she is this afternoon reunited with her dam Gambling Girl. Amazingly special moments ❤️

Today at Upper Farm Stables we said goodbye to Givemefive, who is on his way to America to continue his career stateside.

Having been purchased by my cousin @Meg_nicholls11 for Smash Racing as a three year old, we hoped 5 would make into a fun juvenile hurdler.

The two years we have had with him since, for a young yard have been absolutely magic.

Fittingly he won 5 races, winning over 70k in prize money, but without question most memorably he provided us with our first winner at Cheltenham, a day I’ll never forget.

He was tough, sound, genuine and incredibly likeable. We will miss him desperately.

Thank you and well done to Megan who bought him, Paige who cared for him and rode him everyday and to Paul who rode him so well to all of his victories.

But mainly thank you to 5 for being such a little star for us all.

Best of luck in your new adventure. ⭐️5️⃣

Delighted for Norn Iron to finally get off the mark for the Kelly family.

A really important win for Paul for whom it notched up his first ever half century of winners in a season. A fantastic achievement and all of us are absolutely thrilled for him. Paul is a massive part of the team and a super jockey.
