@ScotRail @calmac 🙄 of course not! Not that we were given that info by your staff. Just told to get on another train! I just feel sad with how many international travellers the area attracts and the lack of a safe, comfortable and efficient train service has on their view and experience here.

I love travelling in Scotland and have done so by train, ferry and bus. This was the first week where I wished for a car. @calmac & issues at Oban disrupting numerous days, now @ScotRail turfing us off half way to Glasgow as ‘they need the train for something else’.
