@paulateamenceph @RabBbit20 @BrainAblaze Thank you. Itโs ok. The VNS has helped a lot. I donโt think we talk enough about how much hormones impacts epilepsy. I hit perimenopause and my epilepsy went bananas. Before that it was perfectly controlled with one medication for a decade.
@BrainAblaze I took high grade strong CBD before it was legal, literally got an Rx from a doctor and bought it off some bougie medical website and it did nothing for my epilepsy. I have heard that you need a little THC in it for it work but as a sober person that's not a great idea for me.
@RabBbit20 @BrainAblaze Like loopy and kind of high which is not great since Iโm 11.5 year sober. Thatโs great youโre off so much stuff. Iโm on antidepressants, 3 seizure meds and have a VNS
@BrainAblaze Interesting. Iโm on Cipro and itโs really interacting with my phenobarbital ๐ณ. There are a bunch of meds that are off the table for me ๐คทโโ๏ธ
@arthurjack Take a couple deep breaths before. Say you're nervous and it's your first lead. Get it out there. Remember it's not a performance. Tell the truth. If you touch one person, you've done your job. And there will be another speaker next week and nobody will remember you. LOL.
Newest piece for @workithealth about the addiction to drama. It's real. It can come from childhood. It has biological components. It is sometimes but not always linked to other mental illnesses. There's a payoff. But there's also a way out. https://t.co/MDD9IgmESU
