@WeAreOpenreach This is costing us money and time as we need to work from home, completely unacceptable service and conflicting comments from engineers

(1) We have been waiting 5 months for @WeAreOpenreach to provide us with broadband, we have had to wait in the house multiple times, had work being done outside for weeks and had 3 orders cancelled only for them to fail AGAIN today because of a fence panel.

@WeAreOpenreach Why don’t your engineers speak to each other or read the notes on file, the neighbour is happy for her fence to be temporarily moved for access and has provided contact details to at least 10 of your engineers

(4) an absolute disgrace of a company, if there was any other option we would take it! @WeAreOpenreach sort it out!!!

(3) you cannot contact them, providers struggle to get in touch, we were advised to complain as they don’t respond any other way!
