Illegals can use the loophole of ITIN Loans as an alternative to credit scores: Illegals can use an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) issued by the IRS instead of an SSN

They can qualify with Consistent rent payments and utility or phone bill payment history

There are also additional programs that let them qualify as well without credit scores
