Who is bringing food to contracts class tonight & what are you bringing? #contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@DerekEdward how can they say no representation has been relied on when the representations they've made are why you chose that school?

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@PintsAndTorts I'm gonna say NOPE! It wasn't voluntary- no mutual assent. But maybe some serious B4 consideration!

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@hjgarretson since one guy don't play they couldn't renegotiate cuz both parties would have to bring something new to both sides right?

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

Grades for Torts I & Criminal Law are posted #itsonlytenpercent

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@hjgarretson : that's not the first time I've seen that said! Silly folks- K's don't require that! #contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@SheaMommy1 -If this K was between Merchants- that Arbitration Clause would certainly materially alter the terms! UCC 2-207 =) #contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@elisalynae I remember her saying something about 'snail mail' so I'm thinking it don't. BUT- I could be wrong! #contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@PintsAndTorts I LOVE IT! Thanks =)
#contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@KalleTucker Maybe that's a separate offer ? #contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@KendraO77 once they start- isn't an option K created? If they stopped 1/2 way- you wouldn't be bound! Lol! #contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

My K was updated! I was told via email as opposed to a 'bill stuffer'! #contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@IezziDaniel So if you keep the cash you accept. Did they offer you a way to refuse? The cash must mean They COMMIT! #contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

What if these notifications come as 'bill stuffers' ? I think we know how the Court feels about THAT! #contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@IezziDaniel How does that work?
#contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

K from Facebook. Note the phrase 'as updated from time to time'. When/how are we notified? #contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@HolliZev verbal contract that is memorialized and then governed by the state! #contractboss

[Amy @AmyJudgingamy31]

@PintsAndTorts the more I read about Twitter, the more I realize how many 'rights' I've assented to give away!
