@MetLife You may have the worst processes ever. You already paid out (less than our doctor said we deserved based on the terms) on policy B4657013 and claim 03019064. I added the Physical Therapy documentation, and then we get a vague letter saying you need more info.
We waste a lot of time calling you today, and now you say we have to start over with the documentation on the claim - which, by the way, we already sent TWICE, because you lost it the first time. This could not be harder or more frustrating.
@AppleTV For what I pay, it would be nice if I didn’t have to push skip 3 times to get a show to play. Once for your show ad I don’t want, once for the recap, and once for the intro. This should be setting I can make in my account once.
@AmazonPhotos We’ve been users for years but are being forced to leave due to the horrible changes with the Family Profile. We have 3 teen kids, and since you’ve done away with teen accounts and count them all as adults, the 5 of us can’t share photos anymore. Makes no sense!

@MetLife Your Claims website needs a LOT of help. You say claims are easy, but in the three or four I've tried it has never been easy. There is no way to see the documents I've already uploaded (that I can find or that your support team can advise), and your team loses documents.

@ChipotleTweets We have been faithful customers, but we had a horrible experience last week. I tried to call the store to discuss it with the manager, but there was no way past the robot. I tried going through the help bot, but the cashier didn't put the receipt in the bag.

@HobbyLobby A story for you. Once upon a time, one of my best single mom friends bought a gift card at your store for an amount that was likely above what was comfortable for my daughter who was graduating. Because your systems are old, the card was not activated properly.
The store tells me to call the number on the back, and they’ll take care of it. They need purchase date, the card used, and all kinds of things we don’t have because IT WAS A GIFT. We manage to figure out who gave it to her. And the single mom’s response?
