A phenomenal night at @SIGNALmusicals. Absolutely stunning new music from very talented individuals curated by the powerhouse that is @AdamLenson - thank you for caring about new musicals and for making tonight happen 🙏🎶♥️
Reading the heartbroken adoration for Mr. Sondheim. Many posting a lyric that means the most to them. And I noticed the choices are nearly all different, yet all as poignantly masterful as each other. That’s the magnitude of his talent. Unmatched. He gave something for everyone.
🍾 D E A D L I N E D A Y 🍾 Had a lovely time working with these talented two writing a mini musical for @CSSDLondon! Thank you for providing me with fun songwriting sessions and a lot of giggles over the last month and introducing me to the world of TikTok! 🎶🎥
Enjoyed getting more stuck into this recently. Provided me with a haven of chill amongst all the chaos 🎵 Hope everyone has a lovely Easter/holiday however they're celebrating and can take a bit of time out 🐣
Just watched Framing Britney Spears and it broke my heart. That woman has been through hell. Too many people in this world have made money off calling women crazy. Really hope she gets out of this conservatorship and can live the rest of her life in peace #FreeBritney
Tonight's activity 🎹 Pre-pandemic I worked most evenings - it's lovely now being able to spend them songwriting with a G&T 🍸 Musically & lyrically I often find my mind comes most alive at night 🌌 so being able to connect with my creative work then = one benefit of lockdown 🎶
Thank you to our marvellous panel of Van Dean of @BwayRecords, @SimG_Director of @SimGProductions, John Yap of @jayrecords , Poppy Burton-Morgan of @mettatheatre & @vikkistone - we could have kept chatting for hours!
Watch the panel replay any time 🎧⬇️

@desiree_skylark@ClinOncDoc Thanks for sharing this. You are incredibly brave and I have been through many of the same experiences and really relate to what you're saying. I believe the brave choices you've made will have developed so much strength in you that will reward you later in life - don't give up!
A few days ago I took a day off work, my phone & social media. Then a song poured out of me that's been half-formed in my brain for months. A song I needed to write for myself. Rest can actually increase productivity. So all overworked artists out there craving a nap, do it ♥️
Pre-CCC: 'How To Say No' is from Lexi's show Much Ado About Hero, a Shakespearean cabaret repositioning Hero as the 'hero' of her own story. First R&D'd in 2017, this is another Amy Le Rossignol collaboration: music & lyrics by
