@AirAsia I am still waiting for a refund for a flight that you rescheduled in January. I couldn’t make the time of the new flight so you offered me a refund. Now you keep offering me credit and I keep telling you I don’t want credit, I just want my money back. #AirAsia
@AirAsia it’s been 73 days since I requested a refund for a flight you rescheduled! All I keep being told is that it’s in progress. This is far too long!!
