Honestly @British_Airways your phone lines are a joke! I’ve been trying to get through since last Wednesday - finally got through after waiting 30 mins and then get cut off being transferred to another department! I’d do whatever I needed to do online but that’s not an option!

@TiredBarrister @HM_Passport If you do get a refund please let me know as I had exactly the same situation and was told I couldn’t get a refund or change the appointment so at least my husband could renew his uk passport.. we missed our holiday and lost another £120 to add insult to injury
