Tomorrow, I travel over from Dublin to Leeds with my son Samuel for his very first Leeds United game.

It’s hard to put into words what this means as a Father,

20 years ago, my dad took me to Elland Road for the first time and now, two decades later, I get to do it with my own boy.

The love for Leeds United runs deep in our family. It’s more than football it’s memories, it’s moments, and the people we share them with.

When I see him climb those steps and Elland Road opens up before him under the lights… I know I’ll feel my dad right there with us.

Hand in hand, singing Marching On Together, three generations connected by one club.
