@BJNemeth I need your advice! Iβm finally going to Tokyo for the first time, I only have time to do one Disney park (going to do the weekday evening pass) do you recommend land or sea? This is my first international Disney experience and Iβve mostly been to DisneyWorld
@BJNemeth I saw a TikTok of the volcano! Iβm also not going to be stressed to do all the rides, just want to enjoy the experience, eat some good food and get some fun merch.
Where you dress like a character but in a more subtle way?
@BJNemeth Thank you! I remember your posts about all the popcorn and the buckets. DisneySea seems to be the one everyone recommends if you can only do one park.
So how far behind do we think my nail artist is? There are only two artists in this space, I walk in on time and thereβs two people waiting already. One girl is just getting her set removed
Prague airport vat refund is so easy. Customs officer didnβt care to look at any of my items and I was able to get one refund in cash at the refund desk next to it. Iβm heading back to the US after 2 great weeks traveling through Europe
People have asked me how could I defend Geno.
Let me be clear. At no point did I defend his actions Friday night. It was childish and a low moment. That said, I have defended the assassination of his character and all the pedestal everyone is putting Staley on.
What Geno did was wrong, and he knows it, Dawn isn't innocent. She took the bait and threated him in front of the world. She also acts like a child, what Geno was accused of, every single game on the sideline. We saw it in last year's championship game and we see it in every game, the way she berates the refs and throws herself around. Geno called her out on it in the 3rd quarter.
And before people play the race or sexist card on me, like you all did Friday night, I've said the same thing about Kim Mulkey, Dan Hurley, and even my own coach, Todd Golden. I had 4th row seats to see Hurley and Golden act like idiots to the refs at MSG earlier this year.
All great coaches, but they need to be role models as well. Stop acting like crazies on the sideline. Say what you want about Geno the other night, but he doesn't act like that during the games. He is the reason Women's hoops are where they are and why we are even talking about it.
Friday was NOT about race or gender. It was two fierce competitors who let it get out of hand. No one likes losing at that level. And it's over with. Move on.
In Fort Worth, I asked Geno how he prepares his team for adversity.
"As far as adversity goes, I would say the adversity is me, right?"
On Friday, that was prophetic. On Geno Auriemma, unravelling at the seams in inexcusable, embarrassing fashion:
