Why doesn’t #instagram care about the multiple scams going on at the moment? After days emailing IG my sister in law has had no response. #instagram does not care about security. If anyone has experienced this report to Action Fraud who take it more seriously.

Lloyd’s Bank travel insurance has had me on hold for over 2 hours and NEVER respond to my email/letter/texts. Is that normal? Take my money every month to “include” travel insurance but when I need to claim does it even exist? I feel robbed.

Shame @smithhotels (Mr & Mrs Smith) never came back to me when they cancelled my hotel booking in Thailand. Nothing. I was just told I paid nothing so refund although I paid full amount via them to the hotel. Could have done with that money right now :( Very disappointing.
