@Steve78925876 @Ryanair I was on this flight we’ve just got a text tonight to say 5/8 of our cases have been picked up by the courier to be delivered. Manchester airport passed me on to LBA who passed me to swissport at LBA who then passed me back to swissport at Manchester airport! It’s been ridiculous

@ParkeJodie @scarps04 @darrenianson @Ryanair I’ve just got a text to say ours are ready to be picked up by the courier but only 5/8 we are missing🤦🏼‍♀️ Leeds Bradford have told me to contact Manchester airport as our bags are still there apparently. It’s all a joke!

Ryanair have been useless too get connected after 3 hours and then they end up disconnecting get connected again and said could be another 14 days before we get anything back!! First and last time I’ll use them. This is Swiss ports contact details.

@ParkeJodie @scarps04 @darrenianson @Ryanair No! We filled a PIR form in but apparently we were supposed to get a reference number back! We got nothing. Ryanair lady took the form and left! We’re missing 7 suitcases 😤🤬. I’ve contacted both Manchester airport and Leeds Bradford airport and both saying nothing they can 1/2

@scarps04 @darrenianson @Ryanair They’re still on the plane and there was no transport back to LBA arranged and again no food for the 3.5 hours they had us at manc!! Filled a form in for our luggage that was being delivered to our home to be told we need pick it up from LBA!!!🤬🤬🤬

@scarps04 @darrenianson @Ryanair For just under 4 hours for a 2.4 hr flight. Landed at 17:25 and kept us in plane til 20:45 only because people had, had enough and started kicking off. Told us prior to being diverted to Manc there would be travel there for us! Go through security to get our bags to find out 2/3
