So now @HiltonHotels has cancelled our stay and stranded us from 10 am to 3 pm. 3pm is when we are supposed to check in to the hotel that kicked us out so HOW CAN I TRUST THEY WILL HAVE OUR ROOM 4 FRI & SAT??? First come first serve??? HORRIBLE BUSINESS HILTON. 3/3

...@HiltonHotels sent us to a downgraded hotel down the road that is sketchy. They paid tonight but this is night 1/3 for our weekend stay. Now we have 2 be out by 10 AM & move our baby back to that hotel but can’t get in til 3 pm...2/3

Tonight @HiltonHotels sold our confirmed room out from under us. It was night 1 of a 3 night stay. Even tho we talked 2 them 5 hours ago and confirmed they had a room 4 us. We had unloaded ALL of our stuff, and our sleepy 1YO, and they kicked us down the road. 1/3

Stayed @Marriott downtown LR, AR last night. Alarm sounded in the middle of the night “this is an emergency situation, please exit the building”. Didn’t know if it was fire or a shooter. Panic & no direction bc no staff in the stairwells! V v disappointed in how this was handled!
