@jonsopel @edfenergy I couldn’t get through on ☎️, so used WhatsApp. 6+mnths of GroundhogDay trying to get an electrician to fix smart meter & isolator switch, I asked if I could organise an electrician & EDF would reimburse. 7/9/22: answer was yes (see pick), now EDF won’t pay! Unbelievable!
