@pb4lchat A lot of teams I work with meet fortnightly (either during odd or even weeks). Helps keep their meetings short and regular. Some teams meet every 3 or 4 weeks.
@MadHat74@pb4lchat I really like celebration window. What a great idea. I agree casual information sheets and staff handbooks are so valuable for staff and a great prompt to go through as an induction process for new staff. Sustainability is key.
@pb4lchat A5. Some ways staff can be informed include having PBL as a set item on the agenda at the whole school administration meeting, communication board, surveys, feedback box, staff shared folders, email. #pb4lchat
@pb4lchat A3. Newsletters, notice boards, assembly announcements, parent workshops/ meetings, PBL days that parents are invited to. Parent representation on the team is also a great way to get parent perspective and feedback.
