@parcelforce I was expecting a parcel today between a certain time. This time window is currently now, but when i track it, it claims delivery was attempted outside my time window,& theres a problem with my address? I’ve had no note left plus I’ve been in?you have my full address & phone no?

It’s a joke. I put in the first tweet what the ID number was! 289002.i don’t have time to be messed around. You claim on your phone line that you answer emails within 24/48 hours. Almost 2weeks ago now, and you’ve not bothered to answer.

@eswater_care Very frustrating to be let down, then having to carry all my shopping down my long driveway and leave the car on the road. Please could you advise if a plank will be put down first thing tomorrow or the trench filled, so that I can put my car back onto the driveway. Thank you

@eswater_care They have dug up an area of my drive. I was told last week and today (when they dug the trench) that I would have a plank of wood over it this evening, so that I could get my car back on the drive. When I arrived home, it was left as I’d found it when I went out.
