Any guests planning to stay at @Sheraton Monarch in Springfield beware! Their management team is not focused on customer service and you have to continue to follow up. Sleeping is awful in 75 degree temps!

Management team and continue to not meet the needs of their customers. Another 2 hours and numerous emails and phone calls to get disregarded AGAIN! Hospitality is not a priority!
@WDWToday I have already called 2 of the restaurants and one of them was rude, lacking care and concern or told me that there was no way he got sick there because no one has reported anything. It’s too bad the the Disney standard isn’t to high for places that have restaurants with you!

@WDWToday I have already called them and they told me it wasn’t their problem bc it was a 3rd party restaurant! After all the money my family and I have spent this pretty damning and a forever horrible memory. Now this!
