@Kwik_Fit grays couldn’t carry out my MOT today that was booked and paid for online. Was told to request a refund online but website is useless and nowhere can I find how to do this 🤬
@nationalexpress poor service at Swansea bus station. Waiting for coach for 25 minutes at correct stand with number showing on screen, but no coach. Check status and says already left so where was it? Had to buy another three tickets so very unhappy! First time using company too!
Really disappointed with @Argos_Online live chat system. Have a faulty item I want to exchange and they were no help at all. Won’t be shopping with them again!
