@Truther_2021@edmontonjournal Likely prosecutors felt intent would be difficult to prove so they went with the lesser charge to ensure a conviction. It's a common thing. Just like any job it's easy to stand outside and make judgements on how someone else should do it.
@Truther_2021@edmontonjournal What logic is required? I said the difference between manslaughter and murder is intent. I stated a fact. I did not give an opinion.
@FukTheWoke@RobSchneider@ComfortablyRED@grok That's not logical. If it was about money wouldn't the doctor want to prolong life? Once the person has passed there are no more appointments to collect payment for. If they live another 2 years the doctor would make far more money.
@GatesOfSplendor@foreverMagoo71@CoryBMorgan The government of Canada holds the title of all national parks. So yes that means they own them. They could stay with Alberta but that would have to be negotiated.
@Bratt_world@newstart_2024 Probably Donna Duncan. Her kids claim there was no diagnosis that would have allowed MAID, it should never have been approved, won't release medical records, was forced etc. Basically every arguement people have when they disgree with someones choice.
@AntonioTweets2 Why would you think a constitutional monarchy would not have a monarchy? And yeah I learned most of what you listed in school. In Alberta.
