What is the current ungating response time sellers are experiencing? I submitted my invoices and documents about 24 hours ago and havenât received any response yet.
I just watch the invoice requirement video to ungate product, a couple of points I want to point out. Include product identifier such as upc, sku, include supplier email / phone, be in jpeg or restricted PDF format, are couple takeaways to look out for in your invoices
Does anyone know how important this number actually is?
Even now account health assurance, they never deactivate my account when there's issues, they call me and we figure it out, I'm auto-ungated in everything without $, I'm not sure what more a higher score gets you
@FBA_Dylan Can't you create a new account on someone else's name and start selling?
My account got suspended and was never reinstated. I just created a new account on my friends name. Now I'm back on amz.
People love pretending every part of their success in Amazon FBA was âstrategyâ or âgrindâ
But anyone whoâs been in this game long enough knows thatâs not the whole truth
Youâre not responsible for every win youâve had
And youâre not responsible for every loss either
You can source perfectly, prep flawlessly, ship 7 days a weekâŚ
and still get hit with an IP complaint, a warehouse delay, a lost inbound, or a Buy Box freeze
There are forces in this business you simply cannot control
Call it luck
Call it timing
Call it Amazon being Amazon
When my business had its worst year, I stopped feeling âluckyâ
It took time to accept that some things in FBA are just unpredictable
But thatâs the reality:
This business changes constantly
Policies shift
Competition surges
Categories flip overnight
Sure, I try to stack the odds in my favor:
Better sourcing
Better systems
Better relationships
Better data
But pretending every outcome is purely âskillâ is delusional
There are sellers who work harder than me and never get the break they deserve
A lot of this game is randomness
All you can do is tilt probability in your favor, stay consistent, and keep building with the cards youâre dealt
And if you get lucky, stay humble
USPS be like
Label created, USPS awaiting item

If youâre not launching products, youâre betting against your own business
âI donât want to take risks yet"
Then your store is weak
A real seller plants ASINs the way a farmer spreads seed:
Aggressively
Consistently
Relentlessly
Iâve tested hundreds of products across every niche imaginable
I donât remember half their names
But I do know this:
Some will flop
Some will break even
But a few will absolutely take over the earth
Thatâs the game
Hesitation kills momentum
Analysis paralysis kills profit
Not launching is surrendering territory
Never surrender
@lukericefba Youâre wrong. OA and RA will get your account suspended fast. Wholesale and brand accounts are the real way. Margins depend on products wholesale can hit 80â90%. Once sales grow, retail invoices will get you suspended instantly.
Amazon looks glamorous on TikTok
but the part that actually makes money is painfully boring
â˘spreadsheets
â˘Keepa graphs
â˘sourcing blocks
â˘prep workflows
â˘reinvesting every dollar
thereâs no hype in it
but boring is predictable
and predictable is profitable
meanwhile most sellers chase the sexy stuff
exclusive deals
brand flexing
warehouse photos
and still sit at 5k-15k months
the ones who win treat this business like compounding math not motivation
I recorded a full breakdown on how to turn boring sourcing into 100k months
comment âBORINGâ and Iâll send it your way
I track every single purchase in a Google Sheet
Order date
Tracking number
Units ordered
Units received
Damaged units
Target sell price
Actual sell price
Invoice location
Sounds like overkill?
This system saved me $15K last year
When Amazon lost inventory: Had proof
When supplier shorted me: Had records
When I got IP complaint: Had invoice ready
Track everything or lose money
Easiest ways to get rich:
1. Sell men lust
2. Sell women beauty
3. Sell parents peace
4. Sell kids dreams
5. Sell the rich safety
6. Sell the broke hope
Same game. Different packaging.
