@RoyalMailHelp I sent an urgent document from uk to India through Royal Mail international tracking on 17th June and it was to reach India in 5 days but it has still not reached the destination and the tracking shows that the document is still in UK. I tried DMing but no response

My wife and kids are now stranded in Bangalore and we have a done a fresh booking for 4th July today but we are still not sure if they will get to travel. This is pure mental and emotional torture.

@TravelCTM_UK I am facing harrowing experience dealing with booking managed quarantine hotel through CTM. I had booked for a family room 7 days before the travel date and till the last moment, the customer care assured us that our confirmation will come by.

I had to make several calls, spend a considerable amount of money on the calls and wait for several hours to get updates. Finally, I receive a message 4 hours before the flying time that my booking has been canceled.
