9 นิสัย สร้างให้เรากลายเป็นคนที่มีพลังบวก

1.นิสัยใจเย็น ความใจเย็น จะช่วยให้เรารอเป็น มีความอดทน และไม่โกรธ โมโห อารมณ์เสียกับอะไรง่าย ๆ ยิ่งใจเราเย็นมากเท่าไหร่ ชีวิตเราก็จะยิ่งเย็นสบายมากขึ้นเท่านั้น

2.นิสัยปล่อยวาง รู้จักที่จะปล่อย จะวาง เรื่องที่ผ่านเลยไปแล้ว ไม่เก็บความรู้สึกในเรื่องที่ผ่านมา เป็นความทุกข์ในตอนนี้

3.นิสัยมองโลกในแง่บวก คนที่มองโลกในแง่บวก ไม่ว่าจะเจอกับอะไร ก็สามารถคิดในแง่ดี และมีความสุขกับชีวิตได้เสมอ เพราะรู้ว่า โลกนี้ไม่ได้มีแค่แง่ลบ

4.นิสัยยินดี ยินดีกับตัวเองและยินดีกับคนอื่น เมื่อเราเป็นคนที่ยินดีกับคนอื่นเก่ง เราก็จะยิ่งมีความสุขง่าย เพราะความสุขของคนอื่น ก็กลายเป็นความสุขของเราได้เช่นกัน

5.นิสัยเชื่อมั่นในตัวเอง คนที่เชื่อมั่นในตัวเอง มีโอกาสที่จะทำอะไรประสบความสำเร็จไปแล้วเกินครึ่ง เพราะเมื่อเรามีความมั่นใจ เราจะเริ่มต้นได้ดีกว่าคนอื่น และเมื่อเจอปัญหา เราก็จะยอมแพ้ได้ยากกว่าคนอื่น

6.นิสัยใจกว้าง การใจกว้าง หมายความว่า เราจะเปิดใจรับฟัง และเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่เสมอ ทำให้เราเป็นคนที่พัฒนาตัวเองอยู่ตลอด เป็นเราที่ดีขึ้นในทุก ๆ วัน

7.นิสัยอารมณ์ดี คนที่อารมณ์ดี ยิ้มง่าย หัวเราะง่าย มีความสุขง่าย ก็จะยิ่งดึงดูดความสุขเข้ามาในชีวิตง่ายขึ้น เพราะอารมณ์ที่ดีคือพื้นฐานของการมีความสุข

8.นิสัยรักตัวเอง การรักตัวเอง จะช่วยให้เราผ่านทุกเรื่องที่เจอในชีวิตไปได้ด้วยดีเสมอ ไม่ว่าเรื่องที่เราเจอจะเป็นเรื่องแบบไหนก็ตาม เพราะเรามีความรักที่มอบให้ตัวเองเป็นเกราะคุ้มกันหัวใจ

9.นิสัยไม่เอาตัวเองไปเปรียบเทียบกับใคร คนที่ภูมิใจในตัวเอง จะไม่เอาตัวเองไปเปรียบเทียบกับใคร การภูมิใจในตัวเองแปลว่า เรามองเห็นข้อดีของตัวเอง และการมองเห็นข้อดีของตัวเอง คือ การสร้างพลังบวกที่ดี

1. อยากเป็นคนแบบไหน จงเอาตัวเองไปอยู่ท่ามกลางคนแบบนั้น

2. อย่าเสียเวลาทะเลาะกับคนที่คิดแต่จะเอาชนะ

3. ยิ่งโกรธน้อย ชีวิตยิ่งมีความสุขได้มาก

4. ไม่มีความจำเป็นต้องเอาตัวเองไปเปรียบเทียบกับใคร เรามีชีวิตที่ดีในแบบของเราเอง

5. อดทนให้ถูกเรื่อง
