@EricksonUb63385 after many hours on the phone, it's clear that this is a scam. I've had at least five different of my cards scammed,multiple multi-hundred $ transactions taken. Luckily they were all declined. There's no reason you couldn't just have added credit to my account. Not Uber, clearly

@UberEats why are you breaking the law by refusing refunds? this is illegal. I've reported you to The ACCC. You cannot arbitrarily decide not to refund something I dodn't receive based on your false idea that I've been asking for 'too many' when they have all been 100% correct.
