The grounded flights and delays are no excuse for a good nights sleep. I got that and am now in San Francisco headed to Mammoth Lakes. Feeling great. Seizure Free.

I’m unstoppable. Epilepsy sucks but I power through. Today I’m on the slopes doing what I was once told, I couldn’t.

I just left my Neurologist with a clean bill of health. Blood pressure is 110/70 and I’m good to go. He did prescribe a Benzodiazepine as a Rescue Medication.

I’d love to hear your comments and feedback on this #epilepsy protocol.

Today is my bi-annual Neurology Checkup.

It is weird that I’m more concerned about my weight, opting to wear light gym shorts and a t-shirt than to be weighed in jeans, shoes and other heavy items?

What do you wear for your weigh-in?

P.S. I’m down 15 pounds.

It happens! The mountain got the best of me which is why a good helmet is so important. Just a fractured humerus with no head trauma. No seizure either. I’ll keep you updated. #BeEpic

Mom is 92 and had to be hospitalized. She’s home now and doing well. I did 2, 14-hour shifts getting sporadic sleep in a chair. When I got home last night I slept 12 uninterrupted hours. I’m no good to mom if I have a #seizure. Sleep deprivation is real. I’m 100% today. #BeEpic.

Every six months I see my neurologist. There’s nothing new to report. My health is excellent and I’m still #Seizure Free. #BeEpic

This morning I awoke and found #DisabilityPrideMonth trending.

I’m glad there’s a focus on disabilities but gay has nothing to do with #Epilepsy.

“Everybody has something and epilepsy is my something.” is my motto.

Drug interactions? I’m scheduled for oral surgery and was given Clindamycin. It appears that it may have adversely reacted with my KeppraXR. A steroid shot and Benadryl have me back to normal. Has this happened to you? #BeEpic
