This won’t finish. They tried building an F1 track but it was cancelled due to covid, then it was found the Mayor of Hanoi was corrupt and was linked to whoever sponsored the event, then it sat abandoned. Id put my money on this to be the baby of fraudulent deals and to also be abandoned
